Let it seep through every crevice of the business

Our mothers used to always say, “Charity begins at home” and so does you best business practices. I will admit that the hardest part of business ownership is setting up set procedures or “sales funnels” that helps me efficient get from lead to prospect to the client to money in the bank.

I discovered that planning everything and having a system for every aspect of my business started to free up more time and space for growth.

Once you are able to plan your business at home when you step out, your team get larger and your customer base expands you will be able to plan at your new office.

According to the Entrepreneur.com, “The act of business planning is so important because it requires you to analyze each business situation, research and compile data, and make conclusions based mainly on the facts as revealed through the research. A business plan also serves a second function, which is having your goals and how you will achieve them, on paper.”

Putting your plan on paper says that you have thought about it and you can see its implementation!
